Monday Mornings 9:15-10:15
A Freestyle Fitness Yoga Class
A fitness class to tone, increase strength, promote flexibility, improve posture and encourage graceful moment through flowing yoga sequences set to uplifting music. Freestyle Fitness Yoga is concerned with the improvement of the body, and so no philosophy or meditation is included in the class (making it suitable for most religious beliefs), although we do spend a little time relaxing at the end.
Suitable for beginners, dancers, fitness enthusiasts,
runners, equestrians, yoga bunnies- absolutely everyone
(except pregnant ladies)
Please wear comfortable clothes, feet will be bare, and make sure you can tuck in a baggy t-shirt for downwards-facing poses, or wear a fitted top.
There is a cafe on site if you wish to bring a friend and have a chat afterwards over a cup of coffee ( I mean herbal tea).

A body conditioning class with a difference; firm up your floppy bits with the can-can, ballet, cheer-leading, Banghra or any number of other fab-fun ways to sculpt and tone your lovely self.

Fat Loss and Fitness Boot Camp
A fast, friendly, feel-grrrreat class to get your body firm and feeling fantastic. Suitable for all fitness levels and shapes. No routines to learn, just honest hard work and results!
Pay as You Go £5/ £4 concessions or buy 8 classes for £32
Please bring a mat or towel to all classes (high quality mats for sale in the Fit Bite shop). Also bring a bottle of water and please wear trainers for the Wednesday and Friday classes. See you there!
